Users may voluntarily support the project through a recurring contribution. Support is entirely optional and does not unlock any additional features, as all features are already free. Support can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. If you are not satisfied with your support contribution, you may request a refund within 30 days of your last payment.
Previously issued Free and lifetime licenses remain valid for the original purchaser. These licenses are honored as issued.

AdOff and all associated intellectual property (code, design, trademarks, brand elements) are owned by AdOff and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
The filter lists and blocking rules used by AdOff may incorporate open-source community filter lists. Where applicable, such lists are used in accordance with their respective open-source licenses.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADOFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ADOFF'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
AdOff does not endorse ad blocking as a means to harm content creators or publishers who rely on advertising revenue. Users are encouraged to whitelist websites they wish to support using the built-in whitelist feature.
AdOff is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any third-party company or service whose platform you may use with the Extension.
AdOff reserves the right to revoke or suspend your license key without refund if:
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension except where the violation is egregious or ongoing.
You may cancel your voluntary support contribution at any time; see §3.2 for the refund window. This section applies only to legacy paid licenses (§3.3) and does not affect access to the free Extension, which is never suspended for lack of payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the country where the service provider is established. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us via our support page to resolve any dispute informally. We commit to responding within 5 business days and working in good faith to find a resolution.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
