1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Calendar Days

EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9–16 • Italian Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005, Art. 52–59

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union (or United Kingdom, depending on applicable law), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an AdOff Pro license within 14 calendar days from the date the contract was concluded (i.e., the date of your purchase) without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. For digital services and licenses (such as AdOff Pro), this is the day you complete your purchase, regardless of when you first use the software.

We go further: AdOff offers a 30-day money-back guarantee — more than double the EU legal minimum. You have 30 days from purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked.

2. Exception for Digital Content — and Why It Does Not Apply to Paid Purchases

EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)

Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may be lost for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:

Performance has begun during the withdrawal period, and
The consumer expressly consented to this, and
The consumer acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal before performance began.

For AdOff, this exception does not apply to paid purchases. AdOff offers a 15-day free trial with no payment required. You only pay when you explicitly choose to purchase a Pro license after the trial, at which point no performance is triggered automatically by the payment itself. The right of withdrawal therefore applies in full to all paid Pro purchases.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day (or 30-day guarantee) period expires. You may use any of the following methods:

Include the following information in your email: your name, email address used for purchase, your license key, and the date of purchase.

Alternatively, complete and submit the standard EU withdrawal form provided in §7 of this page.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notice by email without delay. You do not need to return any physical item — simply notifying us is sufficient.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

Upon receipt of your withdrawal notice, the following will occur:

Full refund — we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
Refund method — the refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase (Stripe). No fee or penalty is charged for the refund.
License deactivation — your Pro license key will be deactivated upon processing of the refund. Access to Pro features will end at that point.
No penalties — you will not be charged any cancellation fee, administration fee, or any other charge in connection with exercising your right of withdrawal.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Directive (EU) 2023/2673 (effective June 2026) • EU Directive 2011/83/EU

Cancellation of a subscription is distinct from exercising the right of withdrawal. You may cancel your AdOff Pro subscription at any time, for any reason, with no penalty and no notice period required.

How to cancel: Contact us via our support page or use the Stripe Customer Portal link provided in your purchase confirmation email.
Effect of cancellation: Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until the last day of the period you have already paid for.
No prorated refund is issued for unused time within a billing period unless you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee window (see §6).

In compliance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, cancellation is designed to be as simple as contacting us by email. No dark patterns, no obstacles, no retention flows.

6. Refund Policy

AdOff's refund policy exceeds the minimum requirements of EU law:

30-day money-back guarantee — all Pro purchases (monthly, annual, and lifetime) are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Lifetime licenses — eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date.
After 30 days — refunds are generally not issued after the 30-day window. Subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund is issued for the current period.

In accordance with Annex I, Part B of Directive 2011/83/EU, you may use the following standard form to exercise your right of withdrawal. Completion of this form is not mandatory — any clear written statement expressing your decision to withdraw is equally valid.
