You will see a message inside the extension. Go to adoff.app/account, remove a device you no longer use, and the slot is freed immediately. You can remove up to 3 devices per day.
Yes, but each browser is counted as a separate device. For example, Chrome and Firefox on the same machine use two slots. Plan accordingly: the 3-device plan covers three browser installations in total.
The device ID is stored in the browser profile. If it is lost after a reinstall, you may see a new device registered. Simply visit your account page to remove the old device entry and free up the slot.
Yes. Contact us via the support form and we will adjust your plan. For subscriptions, you will be billed the difference pro-rated. For Lifetime, you pay the price difference.
